Dr. Decker received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, graduating in 2005. Previous to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. Dr. Decker is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the New York State Optometric Association, and the Rochester Optometric Association. She and her family reside in Farmington, and they are actively involved in Victor school sports and activities.
